Kevin Romney is a Las Vegas area real estate entrepreneur with responsibilities as chief investment officer of the Camino Verde Group. Based in Henderson, he oversees the sourcing, underwriting, and purchase of multifamily assets in a diversified portfolio. Coordinating with accredited investors, Kevin Romney helps secure debt and ensure proper equity funding for many projects focused on creating affordable communities and providing workforce housing.
Mr. Romney helped acquire Sherwood Apartments, a 10-unit property in Midtown Las Vegas. Situated close to Las Vegas Boulevard, the residential property is within walking distance of high-profile civic redevelopments, including the MSG Sphere and the Fontainebleau.
Previously, Mr. Romney earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting at Brigham Young University and served as a senior accountant with the Dallas office of the international accounting firm of Ernst and Whinney in the 1980s. In 1989, Kevin Romney established a consulting firm, serving clients across several industries. He also led a call center services company. An avid traveler, he enjoys trips to state and national parks with his family in his free time.
